The webinar “Cost of Capital: 2016 Outlook” hosted by Chadbourne & Parke on January 13, 2016 provided input from project finance experts at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Rabobank and John Hancock.

I found the discussion of the project bond market very interesting, as it revealed the relative attractiveness of this financing alternative versus the bank and term loan B market, especially in a period of rising interest rates.
